1. Our services and how we are paid
ZAI Wealth Management provides financial planning for medical professionals. We don't charge physicians out-of-pocket fees for our planning. When we put your financial strategy in place, we're compensated by the financial institution it's placed with. Details are on our Pricing & Fee Disclosure page.
Any account or contract you open with a financial institution is governed by its own separate agreement with that institution.
2. Educational information only
Content on zaiwealth.ca, including articles on Medical Professional Corporations, the Small Business Deduction and pension planning, and the tax calculator, is general information for educational purposes only. It is not accounting, legal or tax advice for your situation, and calculator estimates may differ from your actual results.
An advisory relationship begins only once you sign an onboarding agreement with an authorized representative of Zenith Advisory Inc.
3. Where we offer services
Products and services are offered only where our advisors are licensed to do so.
4. Intellectual property
The text, design, articles, guides and media on zaiwealth.ca belong to ZAI Wealth Management and Zenith Advisory Inc. You may view and print content for your own personal or practice use. Copying, redistributing or scraping our content for commercial use without written permission is not allowed.
5. Third-party links
We link to other sites, such as our booking tool and social media. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
6. Limitation of liability
We work to keep this site accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee it is complete or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that result from relying on information on this site without personal advice.
7. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any disputes arising from your use of this site are subject to the courts of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
